Hi, my name is Jason. I am a project management consultant with over 15 years of experience. I have worked with various clients, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. I have experience managing projects of all sizes and complexity levels.

I am currently working at BCG as a project management consultant. In this role, I work with clients to help them improve their project management practices. My responsibilities include acceptance criteria definition, project planning, project monitoring, including but not limited to issue tracking, mitigation, and risk management. Also, stakeholder management, documentation delivery, reporting project life cycle, and project close out.

I also serve as a mentor, assisting junior team members in developing a long-term strategy for them to focus on their respective career paths and developing their professional skills, and overcoming any obstacles they might encounter.
