I am a project manager at Projective, a business owner, and author. I have more than 5 years of experience in project management and have written two books on the subject. In my current role, I'm responsible for managing massive projects. My responsibilities include project initiation, scope definition, planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality assurance, among others.
